Epic Games Manage DLC option not showing || Stuck on installing loop || Not enough storage for DLC
Sometimes the manage DLC options might not pop up due to errors like lack of storage. When you reach this error, you will get into an infinite loop of forcing you to install DLC until you make free space. If you cannot free space and you want it to stop you need to follow the following steps.
Solution 1 : Copy
If you have space in an external storage device or internal, then try this 100% working fix. If you do not have the space try Solution 2.
Open the folder your game is saved on.
Copy the game folder into a different place.
Click uninstall the game in Epic Games.
Click install game in Epic Games. Cancel the installation and exit the Epic Games App. Make sure you quit Epic games from the taskbar.
Move the copied game folder into the installed folder. Click replace all files.
Go to epic games and resume installation. It will start verifying the game file rather than downloading. When the verification is complete you will get the “Manage DLC” option where you can unselect the DLC.
Solution 2 : Move
Before proceeding with the solutions make sure your Epic Games application is completely closed. Check it in your taskbar in the hidden icons option if Epic Games is really closed.
Open the folder your game is saved on. Create a new folder and move the game folder into the new folder.
Open Epic Games and check your library if it says install. Close the Epic Games compeletely again.
Now, move back the game folder stored in the new folder to its original place. After moving back, open the Epic Games and check in the library. Click resume in the game, it should start verifying your game files. Verification might take quite a while.
After verification completes, it will give the manage DLC option where you can untoggle the DLC.
